Dr. Claire Clune
Dr. Claire Clune, a native of Huntsville, Alabama, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal and Dairy Sciences from Mississippi State University. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.
Dr. Clune has a special interest in internal medicine, client education, and dental surgery. She enjoys tailoring treatment plans to achieve the best medical outcome for the patient while also considering the patient and their family’s day-to-day lives. Honoring the human-animal bond is important to Dr. Clune.
Dr. Clune shares her home with her husband, John, and their three rescue dogs, Rosie, Montana, and Rick. Rosie and Montana are long haired miniature dachshunds that rule the roost, and Rick is a lab/pit bull mix that Dr. Clune neutered in school and could not let go back to the shelter. During her spare time, Dr. Clune enjoys ornamental and vegetable gardening, cooking, renovating her 200-year-old home, and spending time with her family.
